Our fiscal year runs from May 1st thru April 30

Our annual dues are $400.00 dollars and are required each year for each property. 

Our initiation fee is $450.00 dollars.

For 2019-20 there is a one time assessment of $200 dollars to cover the Notice to Comply by Gwinnett County for Lake maintenance/dredging.

We have a $10 dollar processing fee

We are an owner occupied subdivision and rentals are prohibited. Closing attorneys can mail payment to PO Box 956382, Duluth Ga 30095.
